Her passion lies in trauma therapy, where she provides both clinical and spiritual support, empowering individuals to overcome challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Briggitte's approach is deeply compassionate, aiming to support someone's healing process and hold space for their journey towards well-being.

Through her Authentically Healing Podcast, Briggitte shares her journey and insights on emotional distress, trauma, and the power of community healing. As a host, she creates a safe space where listeners' feelings are validated, and healing can be shared. The podcast extends her commitment to helping others heal by reaching a wider audience with her message of resilience and recovery.

As a co-pastor alongside her husband, Bishop Rha-Sheen Brown, for 19 years at Right Now Ministries Inc. in New Britain, CT, Briggitte has been instrumental in guiding her congregation through spiritual growth and healing. Her pastoral work is characterized by her deep faith and commitment to fostering a supportive community, emphasizing the importance of spiritual well-being as part of holistic healing.

Briggitte is also a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trauma therapist, specializing in alleviating the stress and emotional pain of traumatic memories. Her expertise in EMDR therapy underscores her comprehensive approach to mental health care, offering effective treatment modalities for those struggling with the effects of trauma.

Briggitte founded Spirit Soul and Body Clinical Services Wellness Center with a mission to integrate clinical expertise with spiritual guidance. Her leadership drives the center's vision of offering comprehensive support to clients and staff alike.

Mother, Wife, Friend and Mentor

Above all, Briggitte's roles as a mother, wife, friend, and mentor are central to her identity. Her personal experiences as an at-risk teenage mom who overcame numerous barriers, including battling and surviving stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma, enrich her empathy and understanding. Briggitte's life story is a testament to resilience and faith, qualities she generously shares in her professional work and personal relationships, guiding and inspiring those around her.
